90 minutes Balboa class + 30 minutes guided practice with Lydia. Content will be a mix of Pure Bal and Bal-Swing and sometimes Slow Bal.

You should be comfortable with the toss out.

Drop-In: €25

Monthly Membership: €55 for any three Wednesday or Friday nights within the calendar month and includes a Balboa Club website user account with class recaps and moves. If you do more than three lessons, you then pay a special drop-in rate of €17 per class for the rest of the calendar month. You can start the monthly membership at any time in the month (as long as there are three classes left)
